This symposium is a full day of events with keynote speakers and workshops teaching the university and greater Salem community about the research and practice of Building Resilience for our children and young people.
This event is sponsored by the SSU Center for Childhood & Youth Studies, Department of Healthcare Studies, School of Social Work, Center for Genocide and Holocaust Studies, Center for Civic Engagement, the Alcohol Education Foundation and Parents Helping Parents.
We need students to help greet participants, help with registration, parking, food assistance, campus and Ellison center guides, escort speakers, help with AV assistance, and a variety of other things.
Students can sign up for particular time periods and activities.
Please contact Yvonne Vissing at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information or to volunteer at this important and useful event.
